I have a PDF file open but it doesn't seem to be searchable. How do I troubleshoot it?

I have a PDF file open but it doesn't seem to be searchable even when I use the search tab. How do I troubleshoot it?

    Hello Chrisr,

    As per the description above, the PDF file is not searchable, Is that correct?
