I have a specific form that needs data extracted from it. The eof viewer in PDF Pack pulls the form text as well as the data that is needed. How can I stop this?

I bought the PDF Pack and need data extracted from a bill.   The bill has words and numbers on it and I need just the data pulled with out the background form in order for me to manipulate the data.
