I have adobe acrobat pro DC but I can't see the invoices in pdf

Tengo Adobe Acrobat PRO DC y con este programa abre los *.pdf pero tratandose de facturas en Mexico no los abre, dice que no tengo permisos. Ayuda por favor. No se que hacer. tal vez deberia poner como programa predeterminado Adobe reader o no se. Alguien puede ayudarme? una disculpa no se nada de esto.

Please confirm if you are trying to open PDF on browser. If yes, try downloading the PDF and then opening it in the Acrobat Pro DC desktop application.

If you still get the error message, share the screenshot.

Also, let us know how you receive these invoices. Are you downloading them from a website or receiving them via email?

You need to provide more information. What exactly happens when you try to open those PDF files? Does it happen with all files, or just these specific ones? Are you able to open other PDF files?

If the issue occurs with a particular PDF or invoice from some particular website, it could be file specific issue.
