Adobe ExportPDF service is an online Document Cloud service, you can use the service through the following URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

If you want, you can also use the Adobe ExportPDF service through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, download and install the Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader and start using the service of ExportPDF.
