    Hi 1gene,

It sounds as though you just aren't signed in to the ExportPDF service. If you're using a web browser, please clear the cache and then log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf. If you're converting from Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current versions installed.

Please let us know if you're still having trouble logging on to ExportPDF, and we'll dig a bit deeper.

    Best,

    Sara

Hi Sara:Thanks for your reply. Shortly before that I purchased another

sub. to convert PDF because of the urgency of my situation. Its the second

time I've had to do that. Can you tell me how to get that new sub. extended

to Aug. 2016? The new sub works just fine. Thanks again.

    Hi Gene,

I've looked at your account, and it appears that you have three active ExportPDF accounts. They are all set up for auto-renewal. I would love to cancel two of them for you. For the one you placed on Dec 8, you will receive a full refund. Then, I'd like to keep the August account active and set up for auto-renewal, but cancel the subscription you started on Nov 26 for a partial refund.

    Sound good?

    Thanks,

    Sara
