    Hi Robert,

I will recommend you to uninstall Adobe Reader 10.1.8, restart your computer & then download latest Adobe Reader using this link Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution‌.

Sign in using your adobe ID to use the Export PDF services.

Let me know if you still experience any issue.

    Regards,

    Aadesh

    Hi Robert,

Please let me know the exact dot version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer?

You can also use the Export PDF services online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.

[Note: Login using you Adobe ID on which you have Export df subscription]

Let me know if you still experience any issue.
