I have an Adobe Acrobat DC subscription that now is not allowing the tools to be used; ie export, etc.

 

Would very much appreciate a phone call from support- these posts waste my very valuable time.

If you are using the desktop application, please ensure you are using Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.

Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

 

Could you let us know what happens when you try to export the PDF? Did you check if you cannot export any of the PDFs? Are you trying to export PDFs online?
