I have an Adobe Export PDF Account but it will not let me convert a pdf to power point.

I have an Adobe Export PDF account and am paid up.

I am trying to convert a pdf to power point but you keep directing me to a purchase page.

I have already paid for this service!

Why can't I use it?

Hi Sarahf,

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF service which you have on your Adobe ID, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an Adobe Export PDF service, but there is a Billing issue with the subscription has a billing issue. We were not able to charge for the subscription.

You can check the details on your Adobe account, you can also refer to the following link: Renew or restart your Creative Cloud membership and Manage your Creative Cloud membership

You may have to update the Billing details, for more info: Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account
