I have an annual account for export, can I create a pdf or must I upgrade as the automated system is indicating?

I can see your account, your Export PDF subscription is active and no upgradation is required.

Kindly refer this link:https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf .You just need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

You can export PDF files to Word or excel & many more.
