I have an annual subscription to Export PDF which states that it includes send for signature but when I try to access this it takes me to an upgrade page

I used to have echo sign but cancelled the subscription as my Export PDF subscription states that send for signature is included but I can't access it and keep being sent to an upgrade page instead for Acrobat Pro DC. I only need to send two or three documents per month so I can't justify this cost. In a frustrated attempt to try and find the former service (having been waiting for customer support for 45 minutes)  I then signed up for send and track before I realised that this is also (theoretically) included in Export PDF and doesn't allow me to send for signature anyway so although I have now cancelled it, this wont be done until October 21 2016 so I have paid for a useless programme for 12 months. Can I access echo sign or send for signature or not with my subscription please. I will not be upgrading to Pro DC so if I cant then I will seek a free/cheaper e-signing service.elsewhere.

    Hi Pheonix 1,

    I'm sorry, but Export PDF does not include Send for Signature option.

    Either you need to purchase Send for Signature standalone or included with Adobe PDF Pack, Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Std. DC

    Thanks for this. the Adobe Customer Service Advisor I was chatting with told me it didn't exist and I was thinking of send and track. Thanks again.
