I have an email that I need to convert to a PDF file to type in a response.  How do I do this? Help!!

    You'll need Acrobat to convert that email to PDF. If you don't have Acrobat, please feel free to give it a try. You can download a 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
