i have annual send and track and adobe XI pro, how do i get addin for outlook 365

    Hi Lloydknecht,

    Download and install the Acrobat Pro DC: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  and it will download the plug in.

    Hi Anand,

    I've followed all those instructions and neither work, in fact the 2nd link is pointless sharing due to it only applying to
    Office 2010 and 2013 versions. Adobe need to offer a manual way of installing the plug in and not automated ways which when go wrong us customers are stuck spending hours of time on Google trying to resolve it.

    In case anyone ever has this same problem I managed to resolve it myself by installing the Acrobat Pro DC ( Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X ) installed the trial and it installed the Outlook plugin for 2016 Outlook.

    After 2 days of Googling and contacting Adobe (for them to refer me to the standard same links, which do not work for 2016) I'm glad I managed to fix it myself!

    I continue to get error message....doesn't see Outlook 2010 or 2013.....I have Outlook 365

    I'm having this same problem, I cannot install the plugin for Outlook 2016, the links above is only for 2010 and 2013....apparently installing Adobe DC installs the plugin for 2016, however I've tried this and it doesn't....anyone able to assist?
