I have been doubled billed for Adobe subscription and don't understand why. Who and how do I contact subscription services?

In balancing my check book, I found double entries drafted from my account on 6/9/14 for Adobe.  I need to know who I need to contact and how to contact them to get this issue resolved so it doesn't happen again next month.
