I have been using an official version of InDesign CS6 since 2013 and this AM it asked me to Register. I spent 2 hours with Adobe online Chat only to be told they cannot assistI

do not know where the Serial Number is for the Software and need to know who in South Africa I can contact to sort this issue

    Hi daves,

    I've checked your account using the email address/Adobe ID that you use here in the forums, and I don't see any registered products. Is it possible that you registered InDesign under a different Adobe ID?

    That said, you might find this document useful: Find your serial number quickly. And you're welcome to Contact Customer Care again; if you did register under a different Adobe ID, they may be able to help you track that down.
