I have encountered the message "encountered an unexpected error" when I am trying to open up my PDF pack plan. It was working fine until two weeks. Please help.

From the description given above, If i understood correctly then you are unable to access your Document Cloud service of PDF Pack online? And while accessing it there is an error appeared "Encountered and unexpected error"?
If yes, then you may try the following steps and see if that helps you accessing the service-
1- Use the URL Adobe Document Cloud and login with your credential.
2- If you still get the error then change the web browser or open it in incognito mode.
3- If you have got the free desktop application Adobe Reader DC installed, then try accessing the service through that. Like: Exporting a pdf or Creating one.
4- Refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested in the similar error represented in the help article here: An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services
