I have just bought the programme for converting .pdf to .docx but when I try to convert the document I need I get the message "this document cannot be translated".

I have just bought a year's subscription for the programme to convert .pdf to .docx

I have just one document to convert. It is in normal .pdf format but, after a period of conversion I get the message that this particular .pdf does not permit conversion?
