I have just installed the adobe free trial so I can convert PDF into word, it will not let me do this until I have agreed the end user agreement but don't know where to find this. Can anyone help me please???

The free trial that we offer is for Acrobat (we don't offer trials of the online services). So, the first thing you need to do is download Acrobat from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. When you launch it the first time after installing it, you should be prompted to accept the end-user license agreement.

Then, so convert PDF files to Word, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.
