With Adobe PDF Pack, there's nothing to download. You just need to sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. Before you log in, please clear your browser cache, and make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).
