I have just paid for PDF Export. I can't download it, or talk to anyone. Are you mob a rip off? How do I contact anyone!!!

this is absolutely and totally frustrating.

None of the options tell me how to download Export PDF that I have paid for.

None of the contact options work.

How do I get my money back?

ExportPDF isn't something to download, it isn't an app. Nobody downloads it.
