I have just purchased the document cloud PDF services. I can't edit my files that I converted from PDF to Word!

    Hi Rita Bryant,

    Is this issue occurs with a particular file?

    Please try to replicate the issue with other PDF.

    Also share the exact workflow you to to convert PDF to word.
