(i have just subscribed to adobe.com for 12 months) yet when i try to convert a pdf to word it will not process??

i have just subscribed to adobe.com for 12 months yet when i try to convert a pdf file to word it will not allow ??

    How exactly are you trying to convert the file?

    You can also use Export pdf web interface to convert pdf files : cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
