I have loaded the files three times and have no idea how proceed from there? I have no idea of how to delete files that i do not wish to send.

Could you please let me know what exactly are you trying to do.

Are you using Adobe Reader or signed in at Acrobat.com?

If online, then for what online service pack have you subscribed for?

What kind of files are you trying to upload?

Also, after signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID and password, you can click on 'Files' tab.

You will find all your files, selecting any of them will show more options to delete files, download or send them, etc. as shown in the screenshot below:

You can select all files you want to delete and choose 'Delete' option.
