Question

I have lost my files. I have a receipt of 23.88 and I can't access my files any more. How do I find my account?

I cannot find my subscription and the files I have previously downloaded. Where can I find that information and how to access the program I have paid for?

    Hi Jill,

I've looked up your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums, but don't see any subscriptions associated with that email address. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address? Without being able to find your subscription information, it's hard for me to point you in the right direction. But, if you had an Acrobat.com online subscription, you would access it (and any files you've stored) at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

As for the files you've downloaded--are they PDFs? Have you tried using the Search/Find function on your computer to search for them?

    Best,

    Hello Sara,

Try [private information removed by moderator]. Maybe that is where I signed up. I am so puzzled.

I loved the program and used it all the time. Now it is gone!

    Thanks!

    Hi Jill,

I found you under that email address, with an active subscription to ExportPDF (and that accounts for the $23.88 charge).

(I've removed your email address from you post, so it's not shared publicly.)

So, you should be able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with that BYU address, and any files you've uploaded will be in the Acrobat.com Files list when you're logged in. (You may have accessed ExportPDF via Reader in the past--but your converted files would still have been uploaded to cloud.acrobat.com.)

I'm wondering, though, if you had an older Acrobat.com (Workspaces) account. That was the predecessor to cloud.acrobat.com, and it was retired early last month. Any files that you would have uploaded to Workspaces are inaccessible now that the service has been retired.

Please let me know whether you able to log in to cloud.acrobat.com successfully.

    Best,

    Sara
