I have not used your service, and I don't remember signing up for it. I found my account online that has never been used. The service was renewed on 11/11/17. I have cancelled the automatic renewal, but I would like to ask for a refund on this lates
I need to contact someone in customer service, but your web site is confusing--it keeps looping me into sites I have already tried to use to no avail. I would really like to get a refund for a charge made 10 days ago.
