I have paid a subscription fee of $23.88 to convert pdf to word document. This is not showing on my plan details

I have paid a suscription fee to adobe to convert pdf files to word document following instructions on adobe. This does not show on my adobe plan and I am unable to convert documents.

    Hi lizw96165668,

    I just checked with your account using for the same email address that you use here, but I don't see any order history.

    Is it possible that you are signed up using a different email address?

    That said, it might take several hours to process your order fully, so there can be a delay when you purchase and when you can access your Adobe online service subscription.
