I have paid for a subscription but I cannot convert my Pdf to Word. The following error message appears:

"An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF."

Please try any alternate PDF and convert it to PDF. Check if that converts without any issues.

If the issue still occurs, try using the new incognito window on the Chrome browser.

Check if you get the same error there.

Thank you very much for your answer! After a few days the problem was solved. I think that it needed one day for the subscription to be activated.
