I have paid for a subsriciption and unable to convert a PDF to Word. When I click on "Convert" a box comes up indicating paid account but "convert" is now grey

    Are you still unable to access your subscription? If so, please clear the browser cache and then try logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com.

    Yes, still unable to access. Went to the link you indicated and recieve message that Adobe is not available.
