I have paid an annual subscription for Export pdf but it doesn't work. When I try to export a file from pdf to Word, I repeatedly get the payment screen to pay again. Any ideas, please? I've tried to look for Customer Support on the website but it won't scroll down.

Hey Paul,

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Akanchha

Hi Akanchha,

Many thanks for your help.

I tried the links but they all take me back to a payment page.

I had a subscription for a while previously and the conversions to Word were automatic. If I clicked on the convert option at the right-hand side of the page, it was straightforward. Now, I'm just taken to the payment page. I paid on August 20th and it hasn't work yet.

Best regards,

Paul

Hey Paul,

Sorry for the delay in response to your last message. I see that you have already terminated the subscription, so there is nothing that we could take it further from here.

Let us know if there is any help required.

Akanchha
