Hi Debbie,
As you are the subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack, then you should be able to Fill & Sign the document. It also depends the type of file you are working with and whether you are allowed to fill and save the data or not?
It is a free application so you can access the Fill & Sign app or Adobe Reader DC desktop application to complete the task.
