I think this may have happened: you have a subscription to PDF Pack but you downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat. This is an entirely different product, don't try and use it! Uninstall it. Instead

1. Download Acrobat Reader (free) http://get.adobe.com/reader

2. Install it

3. Sign in with the Adobe ID used to subscribe.

4. Use PDF Pack features.
