I have previously paid for this product and have not receive it. I purchased Adobe Export PDF on 8/12/14

I just e ordered the product and can't seem to get an answer. Please help!

    Hello,

    Export PDF is an online service and no installer is there to install it on the machine.

    To use this service, you just need to go to following link:  https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    And Sign-In to Export PDF service.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Since I paid for two Adobe ExportPDF , one on August 12, 2014 and one on August 25, 2014, PLEASE, PLEASE cancel the second purchase.

    No worries! I went ahead and canceled the order placed on August 14 and processed a full refund (the transaction ID is 0066142074).
