I have purchased the PDF converter programme, but it is not allowing me to log in to convert a document? It keeps on saying ERROR??

    Hi hetieen,

    I checked your account, and everything looks good there. Are you trying go log in via Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version.

    If you're accessing ExportPDF via a browser, clear the browser cache and try again. Or, try using a different web browser (and make sure that it's a supported browser: System requirements | Acrobat.com).
