I have signed into adobe, but unable to click on the create PDF icon? Why?

Has anyone else encountered this problem? if so how did you resolve it?

I've checked your account; there is no problem with your subscription. So, let's try this:

Clear the browser cache, and try again.
Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
