I have signed up for a subscription, but it keeps asking me if I want to sign up (and asks me to download although I already have downloaded). Do I need to download again?

I have two forms that I want to send that will have a large number of respondents, but I don't want to send unless I know it is linked to my new paid subscription.  I have created forms, tested, etc.

Hi csquard,I see that you have an active Acrobat Pro subscription, which you purchased on Dec 5. FormsCentral is included with that subscription, so it should just be a matter of logging in with your Adobe ID and password.I also see a pending transaction for $0.99, which I'm guessing might be a FormsCentral subscription. You won't need that subscription, as you have Acrobat Pro, so you may want to Contact Customer Care so that they can cancel it and process a refund.Best,Sara
