I wish to delete the download of the adobe reader as i have no more time to waste on this. i want my acct. deleted also as there is no need for it. it has been the most frustrating thing to deal with and i do not wish to keep pulling my hair out!!!!!

Adobe Reader is free; there is nothing to cancel.What exactly means "unable" - do you get any error messages?Try downloading the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
