I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat but still cannot gain access to government forms???? Help??

Also what is your operating system?  Browser?  Acrobat version?  Reader version?

What happens when you try to access those files? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it?

Are the files you're trying to access on a particular website? Are you opening them via a browser, or downloading them and trying to open directly in Acrobat? Are you able to open other PDF files?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but we need a little more detail to get to the bottom of things.
