I hv registered and paid with credit card $23.88 to convert PDF files in Word. I ask the convertion of a file, then I click on exhibit converted files and none shows.

I hv in my screen the file in PDF - at the right I hv Adobe Export PDF - I put the name of the file and Select PDF file, then convert Microsoft Word, and then click on convert.  After some time I click on Exhibit the converted files - but it is empty!!!

What's happening - I hv a password, I received the email to confirm, which I did - what is missing.  I am  a 75 year old person and it is not easy for me... Please help me convert this file.   Maria Luiza Loibl
