i just bought the adobe, converting pDF files to word etc. and don't see it working

what's going on with this

    Hi bona life,

    I checked your account and see that you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed today (which is still pending), and one placed back in July.

    What happens when you log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password?

    ?I thought I already had one but when I tried to convert a PDP file to word it won't do it.

    What happens when you try to convert a file? Do you get an error message? And, are you trying to convert via the ExportPDF website, or from within Adobe Reader?

    (I would like to cancel one of your accounts for you, and process a refund, as you don't need to have two. Is that OK?)
