What kind of a company is this, They sell a product to you, that don't work, and when you try to get help, there is no one there to help

Can you be a little bit more specific on what you mean by "documents are mixed up"?

    Hi Pwillener,

Sorry for the delay, I have been very frustrated by this. This is what I mean, I recently bought Adobe Reader subscription, to enable me convert PDFs file to excel. I have been able to convert the files, but then when I open the converted files, the information/data are all mixed up (i.e information on line two are on line 5)

I am actually converting bank statements, so the receipt and payment column are also mixed up (that is Payment figures on receipt column and so on.

    Please am using my desktop.

    Hi blessinga,

It sound to me as though the PDFs you're converting aren't well-formed (meaning that what application that created them did not write them to PDF specifications). When that's the case, ExportPDF doesn't have all the information that it needs to ensure a clean conversion. You can tell how the PDFs were created by opening on in Reader, choosing File > Properties, and then looking for the PDF Producer on the Description tab.

    Best,

    Sara
