I just got a billed for an auto renewal. Can I cancel and get a refund ?

Hi,

I bought ExportPDF last year, but only used it sparingly. I no longer need the software but got a bill before I could cancel the subscription. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the last bill please.

Select the issue under Step.2 and click Show me my Contact Options.

I have already done that. The only contact choice I have is the forums.
