I just installed adobe reader to convert files to Word and it worked. But now I scanned my resume in the same file and I cannot convert it to Word

I'm sorry I forget to tell you that I downloaded  a file from Google and it worked when I converted it to word but it won't do it when I scanned my resume

    Are you using export pdf services?

    Do you get any error message while converting files?
