I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard and am unable to upload the software to my laptop. It is stalled in the Adobe Acrobat Installer.

Do you have any suggestions are why I can't upload the Adobe Acrobat software onto my laptop. It remains stalled in the download screen!

    What browser are you trying to download from? Please make sure that you're signed in as an admin, have virus-protection disabled, and try using a different web browser. You can also try downloading directly from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X - Adobe
