I just purchased Export PDF to convert a PDF file to word that was emailed to me that I need to Print ASAP!

My printer is still saying that it is unable to convert postscript file and I can not get the export pdf to help me either! I need help right away to print these documents! Is there a number I can call here?!?! AHH I feel computer illiterate!
