I just signed up and need to convert a pdf to microsoft word.

    Hi Vincent,

    I can understand your concern & will guide you through this, however can you please let me know what services are you using with Adobe ( have you subscribed for export pdf service or you are using Adobe Acrobat ).

    If you are using Adobe Acrobat please refer to this KB doc. Acrobat Help | Convert or export PDFs to other file formats
