i just subcribed to ExportPDF, it wont allow me to convert my 1st file, can someone assist please

I'm not surprised your Export PDF doesn't work - it's an elaborate scam!  I spent over £200 phoning the States and elsewhere and even paid for a second subscription and it still doesn't work.  Biggest pile of junk known to man.  Steer well clear!  Not only that but the help is absolutely NON-EXISTENT! TOTAL RIP-OFF!
