I just subscribed to pdf conversion and I cannot load into the computer. When I go to download it takes me to existing file and of course I do not have a file for that.

I just signed up for pdf conversion but I cannot. Tyhe adope download asks for an existing file, guess to load the program there. But of couse I do not have such a file or I would not be byuing.it

Apart from using ExportPDF or PDF Pack online, it can also be used from the free Adobe Reader. If you don't have it installed, download and install the latest version.

With the Acrobat.com online services, there is nothing to download. What happens when you try to log in https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password?
