I just want regular acrobat

Question

I just purchased a monthly subscription to PDF Services because the description leads you to believe you can create PDFs from photos. Turns out that's not the case.

Not only will Adobe not let me request a refund but it won't let me purchase Acrobat Pro, which is what I think I need, because I already purchased the PDF Services plan.

This is a ridiculous business model. I just want REGULAR Acrobat.

What is the plan called that you have. There isn't a PDF Plan but there is a PDF Pack. I thought it would create PDFs from photos. At least, https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf will convert PNG and JPEG for me.
