I keep getting a save failure notice for the form I am completing and trying to save? And the message says to open the form in editor, but I do not know what editor is or where it is located?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to save a PDF form, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services on your current Adobe ID.
Assuming you are using the freeware Adobe Reader DC to fill the PDF form, please refer and try the suggestions from the following KB articles Can't fill out or save PDF forms in Adobe Reader
Filling in PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat or Reader
Please check the PDF form properties if filling of form fields are allowed, navigate to File>Properties>Security tab>Under Document Restrictions Summary.
