I keep getting an error "An error occurred while trying to access this service"

I have internet connectivity, I am able to upload to the cloud to convert from a browser but I am unable to do so from the document.  I get the message: "An error occurred while trying to access this service"

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue?

Please confirm if you are trying to access the service in Acrobat Reader application?

What is the version of the application?

Does the error message appear with all the documents you try to convert?
