I need help please. I keep getting an error when also trying to convert from PDF to WORD. All it says is "conversion failed". I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended on this site, and currently paying to "export" files.

Also, you may install the latest version of Adobe Reader DC desktop application and try the conversion through that- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
